Buyer's guide and sign-in polish
- Published a guide to choosing dog boarding software, with the questions to ask any vendor.
- Authenticator apps now show "PackRunHQ" for your two-step verification code.
Invoices, online booking, vaccine rules and report cards
- Invoices with tax, deposits and payments: check-out creates the final invoice and applies any deposit paid. Record cash, e-Transfer and cheque payments.
- Your own price list: services, add-ons, a multi-dog discount, holiday surcharges and prepaid daycare passes.
- A booking page with your name and prices. Pet parents sign up, add their pets and vaccine records and request stays; you approve or decline each one.
- Vaccine requirements per facility. Check-in blocks a pet with missing or expired shots, and any override is logged with the staff member's name and reason.
- Report cards with photos, sent to pet parents by email and kept in their portal.
- Two-step verification on every account.
- Plans are now sized by the number of dogs, not kennels.
