Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PackRunHQ, provided by PackRunHQ ("PackRunHQ", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. License & Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PackRunHQ for your pet care business operations during the term of your subscription, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical protections
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service

4. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices on at least 30 days' notice.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

PackRunHQ, including its software, logos and content, is owned by PackRunHQ and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care and to use it only to perform under these Terms.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PACKRUNHQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless PackRunHQ from claims arising from your data, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and we will delete your data subject to the retention period in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
